We wash and chop the leek very small.
We put a little oil in a pan and we throw the leek let it be poached.

We add the zucchini to the pan with the leek.
We let it cook until everything is left well poached.
On the other hand, beat the eggs with a little salt. When the zucchini with braised leeks are well fried, mix in the bowl with the eggs.
