This is such a simple breakfast or snack and there really are no hard and fast measurements. It is really quite adjustable to your own tastes! It's fast, simple, and tastes delicious! This and my Secret Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie are my two favorite breakfasts!

I start with my own homemade vanilla yogurt 000. It's much less expensive for me to make mine at home, and it doesn't have the extra chicory root (an added bonus for those who can't tolerate it in store-bought Triple Zero) !

I like the taste of strawberries in mine, but you could easily substitute another type of berry (as long as it's low in carbs). Then I add toasted coconut flakes, almond slices, chia seeds, and Lily's chocolate chips. Some mornings (when I feel more forgiving) I even add a drizzle of caramel sauce! So delicious!

I like to cut my strawberries, add 1-3 teaspoons. Xylitol and microwave for 30 seconds or so, just until it's a good syrup. This step is completely optional: you can just cut them up and put them on top of your yogurt, but I love the simple sauce. As a bonus, the warm sauce makes the chocolate chips melt! (Who doesn't like chocolate and strawberry?)

  1. Just put all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! How simple is that?
  2. If you want to make the strawberry sauce, just cut the strawberries, add 1-3 teaspoons of xylitol, and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.

This is fully customizable to your liking! Don't be afraid to get creative and think outside the box! Sometimes I use this amazing granola recipe instead of almonds, coconut, and chocolate chips!
