Healthy weekend munchies with a little peanut butter yogurt sauce. I make this 3-ingredient peanut butter yogurt sauce all the time because let's face it … it's easy and amazing! As the post title suggests, the recipe only needs three ingredients, two of which are in the title… haha! You can play as much as you like, but I like to mix half a cup of Greek yogurt with three tablespoons of peanut butter and two tablespoons of honey.

Those three little ingredients can help you stay satiated and control your weight. Why? Well, Greek yogurt has around 10 grams of protein in half a cup, which means you'll feel full longer (and less likely to be hungry or look for more snacks). Then, there's peanut butter that's packed with heart-healthy monounsaturated fats … the good fat that can help you lose abdominal weight! And as for honey … well, it just sweetens the whole deal and makes you feel more satisfied. Mix it all together and it's a creamy dreamy hip-to-hip bath!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or any sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • Mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl until well blended and smooth.

  • Adjust sweetness to taste

  • Serve at room temperature or cold with your favorite fruits.
