  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 grams of rye flour
  • 500 grams of corn flour
  • 1 kilogram of xoubiñas or small sardines
  • 1 kilogram of onion
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 25 grams of yeast
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Peppers

Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1

Put 250 grams of rye flour and 500 grams of corn flour in a deep container. Bring water to a boil and when it boils, watch it pouring over the two flours and stirring with a spoon. Add a little salt and a little sugar to the corn and sardine pie dough.
