- 250 grams of wholemeal flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 grams of salt
- 10 grams of dry -'s yeast

First, we put the whole flour and salt in a bowl and stir. Then, add the rest of the ingredients: oil, yeast and water. We stir again until mixing.

We mix well all ingredients until we can handle the pita bread dough. We knead it for a few minutes on the table, to which we can sprinkle a little flour to avoid sticking.
Trick: If the dough is too dry, we can add a little more water.
Once kneaded, we make a ball and put it in a bowl, cover and let it rest 2 hours.
If we want to do whole wheat pita bread with Thermomix, we just have to add the water, olive oil and yeast to the machine and configure it for 1 minute at speed 1. Then, we incorporate the flour and salt and continue mixing for 20 seconds, this time at speed 6. Finally, to knead, we let it work for 2 and a half minutes in spike speed. Easy isn't it?
