My daughter officially has the Biggest Pumpkin Lover title in our house. She is always the most excited of the group to start the pumpkin season. You love our unbaked pumpkin cheesecake and our Starbucks Copycat Spiced Pumpkin Latte the best. Last week was difficult for her as college classes were a bit overwhelming for her. When you're having a bad day, we often take a trip to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. We will just talk and allow you to de-stress.
Since I had a little pumpkin left over in my fridge that was screaming for use, I decided to save some of our $$ ’and make both of our own fall drinks at home. The cooler weather always craves me for hot chocolate. So I decided to make this homemade pumpkin white hot chocolate easy.
I have yet to make a large batch of our homemade hot chocolate mix. This post reminded me that I need to, hahaha.
