These wheat tortilla rolls They are a delicious starter and easy to prepare. They are filled with rice and vegetables: avocado, roasted red pepper and peas, but you can also choose vegetables to your liking. To wrap the vegetable rolls with flour tortillas I have used nori seaweed sheets to give them a touch of different flavor and similar to vegan sushi.
