Wet apple bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of flour with yeast
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 large peeled grated apples
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs

Method

  1. Sift flour, baking soda, and spices and stir with sugars. Make a well in the center, add all the other ingredients and mix well.

  2. Pour it into a bread pan greased with baking paper.

  3. Cook at 180 ° C for 50 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.

  • 1 loaf pan
  • 1 baking paper
  • 1 bamboo skewers

Notes

I use Granny Smith apples and rice bran oil. Cinnamon can substitute for mixed spices.
