For those who did not know her, my grandmother was a renowned cook. The only thing he couldn't do was bad food, so he knew that any recipe he decided to pass on would be exceptional. When I left her house that day, I brought with me a treasure trove of recipes I'm still cooking, one of which is this Hot Pasta Salad with Asparagus and Brie.

Ingredients

  • ½ lb of bow tie pasta

  • 1 pound asparagus, cut into 1 "slices

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces

  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

  • ½ cup thinly sliced ​​sweet onion

  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese grated to taste

Instructions

  • Combine oil and brie and gently add tomatoes, onion, and basil. Set aside at room temperature while preparing the rest of the recipe to allow the flavors to blend.
