- 4 small glasses of plain or round rice
- 10 small glasses of water or vegetable broth (double the rice plus 1 or 2)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt (optional)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium or small zucchini
- ½ red bell pepper or a few strips of roasted red bell pepper
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams of mushroom
- 4 artichokes
- green or wild asparagus (to taste)
