- 2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
- 2 cups soy milk
- ¼ cup brown sugar (45 grams)
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 small apples
Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Add the oil and vegetable milk to the bowl and mix well so that all the ingredients are integrated.
Peel and cut into small pieces small the apples and add them to the dough of the vegan waffles.
Grease the waffle iron and heat it. Pour portions of dough and cook the waffles apple until golden brown. Repeat until the dough is finished.
Serve your banana-free vegan waffles apple and cinnamon with your favorite garnish.
