- 4 carrots
- 1 kombu seaweed (large strip)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- ½ tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of pepper
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of water

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sheets with a peeler or kitchen robot.
