- 1 cup cooked lentils
- ½ cup of oat flakes
- 1 onion
- ½ red pepper
- ½ crushed tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon of oil

Finely chop the onion, garlic, pepper and basil. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetable until medium soft. Add the crushed tomato and keep frying until the vegetable is ready and the tomato is reduced a little.
