- 180 grams of brown rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 pinch of fresh ginger
- 100 grams of mushroom
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of seeds and pipes mix
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jet of olive oil

We gather all the ingredients to prepare this rice with vegan avocado and then we cook brown rice in plenty of boiling water with a little salt.
