- 2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)
- 2 cups of oat milk
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ apple
- 2 slices of sausage or vegan ham
- 3 tablespoons crushed tomato
- 1 teaspoonful of oregano
- ½ teaspoon of Provencal herbs

In a bowl mixture flour, yeast, salt, oregano and Provencal herbs.

Short the apple into very small pieces and the vegan sausage and add them to the waffle dough.
Heat the waffle iron and grease it a little with a kitchen brush. Pour portions of dough into the waffle iron and cook the waffles until golden brown. This amount of dough makes for 8-9 waffles.
