- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cups of vegetable broth

Cut into small pieces the carrot, the tomatoes (you can blanch them previously if you don't like the skin), the celery, the onion and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
