Turkey and Pineapple Salad Recipe

I love prepare salads at home. Whether as a side dish for other meals or as a unique dish for dinner, a good salad always seems to me a wonderful alternative, since it is prepared quickly and admits the ingredients that we have at home.   • 1 lettuce
  • 200 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 90 grams of pickled onions
  • 6 pineapple slices in their juice
  • 200 grams of braised turkey breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful of croutons
  • 1 handful of salad seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
  • 1 jet of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 squirt vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1

We cut the lettuce and wash it with plenty of water, we centrifuge it and place it in the salad bowl. If we do not have a centrifuge, we let it drain.


Peel and grate the carrot and add it to the bowl. This food provides both color and flavor to the turkey and pineapple salad, in addition to vitamins, so using it is more than recommended.


Drain the corn and the pickled onions and add them. I've used a feta cheese in oil with peppers and spices, but any feta cheese is worth it.


We leave diced feta cheese and turkey breast and we put them in the salad bowl. If you have cheese left over, don't miss this recipe for lentil and feta cheese salad.


Chop the pineapple slices and we also put them in the bowl. The turkey and pineapple salad is almost ready for Christmas or any other event!


We prepare a dressing with oil, vinegar, salt and two or three tablespoons of the pineapple juice. We pour it into the salad bowl and mix well so that the salad is seasoned.


Finally, we put a handful of salad seeds and another of croutons. We mix again and immediately serve the turkey and pineapple salad so that the bread does not soften. Bon Appetite!
