- 8 sausages
- 410 g canned chopped tomato
- 400 g of tomato soup
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 carrot, sliced
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place the sausages, onion, and carrot on an ovenproof plate.
Pour the remaining ingredients over the sausages.
Cover and bake for about 1 hour or until cooked through.
You can rotate the sausages after about 30 minutes.
