Ingredients (4 people):
- 1 lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 16 green asparagus
- extra virgin olive oil
- 30 g cashews
Preparation of the recipe Tomato and green asparagus salad:
Wash the lettuce, dry it, chop it and put it in a bowl.
Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and add them. Season.
Remove the bottom of the asparagus and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Heat a splash of oil. Add the asparagus, season and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add them to the salad.
Chop the cashews and sprinkle over the salad.
Dress in oil and vinegar and serve. It serves.
