  • 3 ripe but firm tomatoes
  • 200 grams of feta cheese
  • 100 grams of pitted green olives
  • 1 can of mackerel in oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated celery
  • 1 handful of salad seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
  • 1 handful of croutons
  • 1 jet of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 squirt vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of minced garlic

We wash and dry the tomatoes. Then, we remove the upper part and we cut them leaving the skin. We put them in a wide font.


Drained olives, celery and mackerel, and add them to the salad bowl. Besides, we cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the tomato salad along with a handful of seeds.


We prepare a dressing with vinegar, oil, garlic and salt and pour it over the ingredients. Mix well, but gently so as not to destroy the cheese.


We put a handful of croutons on the salad so that they do not get soft before eating. It is important to leave this ingredient for the last step, just before serving.
