Tim Tam Cheesecake Balls

  • 1 pack of Tim Tams from Arnott
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 300 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g of optional white chocolate * to decorate


  1. Crush Tim Tams in a food processor, then add cream cheese and mix well.

  2. Roll into balls, then pop in freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  3. Melt the milk chocolate, then dip and coat each ball very nicely with chocolate while it is still frozen.

  4. Melt the white chocolate, then drizzle over the balls for garnish.


  • 1 food processor
  • 1 freezer


You can replace the Tim Tams with any chocolate coated cookie.

White chocolate drizzle is optional.
