Green juice recipe in the blender

This green juice recipe is good for your skin, weight, hormones, and digestion. It is easily made in the blender, making it great for beginners and a bit sweet and very delicious.

Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups of water

  • 2 cups organic kale or 3 cups organic spinach

  • 1 organic green apple cut into pieces

  • 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple with no added sugar

  • 1/2 cup organic parsley leaves

  • 1 tablespoon minced mint

  • 1 medium organic cucumber in quarters

  • 2 chopped organic celery stalks

  • 1 inch peeled ginger

  • Juice of 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash all vegetables and fruits well. Add water to the blender jar, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix on the highest setting for at least one minute, until completely combined and similar to a smoothie consistency.

  • To separate the juice from the pulp, place a bag of Rawsome Creations nut milk on a large glass bowl (I use an 8-cup glass measuring bowl). Pour the milk juice mixture into the container through the walnut milk bag, squeezing the mixture through the bag so that all the liquid and pulp separate. Reserve the pulp to put in muffins or crackers.

  • Drink immediately or place in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before drinking. This recipe duplicates well.
