- 200 grams of textured soybeans
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 jet of soy sauce
- 500 ml of water or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
put to soak the textured soybeans in water or hot vegetable broth for half an hour to hydrate well.
After the soaking time, drain the soy well squeezing with your hands to remove excess liquid.
Finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and sauté until the onion begins to turn transparent. At this point, and to continue with the textured soy burger dough, add the sofrito to the bowl with the soy and stir. Also add breadcrumbs, flour and all seasonings.
