- 1 diced onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 2 eggs
Put the onion and carrot in a large bowl with the sausage meat.
Add garlic and mix with hands.
Add herbs and 1 beaten egg. Mix well.
Place 1 sheet of dough, cut in half.
Put the sausage meat mixture in the dough, roll up and cut into small pieces.
Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.
Brush the sausage rolls with beaten egg and cook in a moderate oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Kids and "big" kids will love it. Serve with tomato sauce or sweet chili sauce. Use any type of sausage meat.
