These Instant Bowl Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowls are sure to be your new favorite healthy and allergic breakfast! It's no secret, I love my instant pot and cooking sweet potatoes in it has changed the game.

This is a super simple fall breakfast, but warm and delicious. You cook the sweet potatoes in the instant pot and mash them with Good Karma Foods Flaxmilk, a dash of maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon. I also like to add a bunch of different ingredients like bananas, granola, and coconut flakes.

Good Karma Foods Flaxmilk is a great choice for dairy-free and nut-free families. Not only is it free of the top 8 allergens, but Flaxmilk also contains plant-based and omega-3 proteins. I love its creamy texture and light flavor! It is truly versatile and excellent on its own or used in recipes.

I have partnered with Good Karma Foods for their pour in goodness campaign. Sharing kindness and kindness has been heavy on my mind this fall after the natural disasters and acts of violence that our country has recently faced. Sometimes, with everything that happens in the world, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and wonder how we can really make a difference.

I think many times the most powerful way we can spread goodness is by starting with the people around us. I love Mother Teresa's quote "If you want to make a difference in the world, go home and love your family." We have the power to spread kindness through small acts in our own spheres of influence.

Fall is not just about going back to school, it's about getting back to our family routines and connecting with our communities. As a family, one of our goals this school year has been to stop and help when we see someone in need. It's amazing how opportunities for good seem to appear everywhere when you pay attention!

Before school, my family tries to eat breakfast together as often as possible. It is a good time to connect and talk about our plans and goals for the day. It is also a good time to reflect and talk about the ways we can help others that week.

These acts are usually small, like helping an elderly neighbor to throw her trash can off the sidewalk, talking to a child who seems excluded at recess, or letting a mom with a crying child in front of us stand in line at the store. groceries, but sometimes little things can make a difference on someone's day!

Good Karma products are available nationwide in health food stores, conventional supermarkets, and department stores. Visit the Store Finder on the Good Karma Foods website to find a location near you. I have bought mine locally at Target, Sprouts and Whole Foods.
