Place meatballs, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and meat sauce in 6-quart clay pot.

Pour the meat stock over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3-5 hours.

30 minutes before you are ready to eat, mix the sour cream.

In another pot, boil the egg noodles according to the instructions.

Serve the meatballs over the egg noodles.

Salt and pepper to taste.
