It's been a while since I published a pizza recipe… so I thought it was time to do it! We have pizza every Friday night, so the lack of publication was not due to a shortage of new recipes. I don't know why I haven't been posting them.

I wanted to share a Pizza Supreme today… it's easy and probably one of the most popular pizzas… right? What pizzeria does not have it? If your family doesn't like one of the vegetables, feel free to substitute it for another or just leave it.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough according to the recipe instructions.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 ° F.
  3. Grease a pizza pan. Pat the dough into the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes. Spread the sauce over the pizza, using the amount you want. Top with 1-1 / 2 cups of cheese. Top with Italian sausages, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, and onion. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
  4. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until pizza is browned and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Slice and serve hot!
