Summer fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 250 g of fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 1 pineapple
  • 4 kiwi
  • 300 g vanilla fruche
  • 200 g vanilla Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Cut the fruit into small pieces and place it in a bowl.

  2. Mix fruche and yogurt in a small bowl.

Equipment

  • 1 serving plate
  • 1 bowl

Notes

You can dip the fruit in the fruche / yogurt mix or drizzle it on top. Any fruit can be substituted in this recipe.
