- 3 puff pastry sheets
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
Thaw the puff pastry sheets and preheat the oven to 180C.
Line two baking sheets with nonstick paper.
Cut the puff pastry in half and then into strips.
Rotate each strip and line on the baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden.
Let cool and then sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 2 baking paper
If desired, you can also sprinkle them with honey and crushed nuts instead of icing sugar.
