- 2 packages of strawberry cream Oreo cookies
- 70 g butter, melted
- 750 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup Nestle Nesquik strawberry
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 250 ml thick whipped cream
Lightly grease a 24 cm (9 inch) spring-shaped can.
Blitz or finely crush cookies.
Add butter to cookie crumb, then press crumbs bottom and 1/2 up on sides of can. Refrigerate.
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then add the sugar, Nesquik and milk, whisking until well combined.
Add the cream.
Pour into base, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream, strawberries, mini Oreos, and sprinkles.
