Peel the banana and remove the tops of the strawberries (if you use them fresh). Add to the blender with frozen mango, frozen pineapple, almond milk (or milk of your choice) and 1-2 tablespoons of Dr. Ax multiple collagen protein.

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

Instructions
