- 1 kilogram of squid
- 1 unit of onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 60 grams of roasted almonds
- 150 milliliters of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of sweet or spicy paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 handful of parsley
- 3 units of potatoes
- 100 milliliters of water

We peel and Chop the onion and garlicIn a saucepan we put a few tablespoons of oil and when it is hot we put it to sauté.
While the onion is poaching, we prepare the other ingredients, we clean the squid and cut them into slices.
In a mortar we put the almonds and we chop them well.
When the onion begins to take color, add the almonds. We remove the sofrito from the squid in sauce.
Add the squid and let them cook for a few minutes with everything, stirring.
We pour the white wine and let it reduce for a few minutes.
