  • 60 milliliters of olive oil

  • 60 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2.3 kilograms of ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 75 grams chopped basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1½ teaspoons of salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper (or to taste)
  • Decor:
  • 1 cup of pecorino or parmesan cheese
  • 15 basil leaves

Prepare the cannelloni pancakes first. Pour the milk, oil, eggs, cornstarch and salt into a bowl. It integrates all the ingredients very well until achieving a homogeneous consistency and avoiding lumps. Leave the final preparation stand for 1 hour, thus it acquires more body.

Trick: You can use vegetable milk since it is healthier.
