- 4 eggs

We put in a microwave safe container the spinach for 3 minutes, then we put them in a strainer and we will press them to expel all the water.
We will put the asparagus on absorbent paper so that they absorb all the liquid.
We put the seasoned eggs, spinach and cream for cooking in the blender glass, we crush everything.
In a mold lined with baking paper we put a third of the spinach mixture. We will place a few asparagus on top, we will put a second layer of spinach, again asparagus, and cover with the rest of the mixture of the spinach cake, salmon and cheese.
We put the mixture of the spinach cake and smoked salmon in a larger container to add water and make it baked in a bain-marie at 180 ºC for 50 minutes.
Once it is cold and unmold we will put the slices of smoked salmon on top.
