Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 heaped cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup heaped frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups coconut water I like Zico

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water or running water to achieve the desired consistency.

  • Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze.
