- 1 1/2 kg of leg of lamb
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 1L Massel * Chicken-style liquid broth
* Massel is recommended by the best recipes in Australia
Place 2 tablespoons each of the garlic and chives in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the lamb.
Pour over the broth.
Add the rest of the garlic and chives.
Cook for 5 hours.

I did this with roast potato, squash and sweet potato, and vegetables and cauliflower with cheese, it was beautiful and tender.
