Cut two limes and two tangerines in half. You can also use a large orange if that's what you have on hand.
Squeeze the limes and oranges into a small bowl.
TIP: Use a fork to stab the meat of the limes before squeezing them to facilitate the juice.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of Stevia powder and beat until dissolved. We chose stevia as our sweetener because it is naturally sourced and contains zero calories.
Salt the rim of a glass of rocks. We use kosher salt mixed with lime zest for an extra touch.
Tip: Pour salt into a small plate and run a cut file around the rim of your glass. Carefully place your glass upside down on the salt plate, which should adhere to the lime juice.
Fill the rock glass with ice. Pour 1 1/2 ounce of tequila over ice.
Strain the sweetened citrus juice into the glass. Straining removes any pulp or seeds that may have strained into the bowl.
Cover with a little water and shake to mix. Health!
