- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 500 g minced lamb meat
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1 tablespoon of plain flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 cubes of beef broth
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- mashed potatoes * to taste
- 2 cups of water
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add ginger and onion.
When the onion softens, add the ground minced meat and cook until golden brown. Drain excess fat.
Mix flour, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste to make a sauce.
When the meat is cooked, add the sauce mixture and simmer for about 45 minutes.
Place the meat mixture in a baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
