- 4 beef ribs
- 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced chili
- 5 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 lime juice
- 1 drop of Tabasco optional
Place the ribs on a large rectangular Pyrex plate.
In a small bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
Cover the ribs with oil and spice mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Remove the plastic wrap, cover the plate with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, turn and bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove from oven when well cooked.
Cooking times are approximate, can be varied according to your preferences. Serve with creamy pasta or steamed fresh vegetables. Beef ribs will expand during cooking. Don't overfill the plate.
