- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of grated coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon of nuggets
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon optional MCT oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
Feel free to use the nut butter of your choice.
You can also add a tbs MCT oil if you like.
