Sauteed minced meat and noodles

  • 150 g of noodles
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 celery sticks diced
  • 1 large diced carrot
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1/4 of grated cabbage
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 sliced ​​bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil


  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes and set aside.

  2. Beat the egg with a little water, add oil to the pan, stir quickly and set aside.

  3. Brush the wok with more oil if necessary and set it to high heat.

  4. Fry the bacon and onion and set aside. Fry the garlic and meat, until golden brown. Add bacon.

  5. Brush the wok with more oil and over high heat, add all the vegetables and sauté for a few minutes until they soften a little.

  6. Add the noodles and all other cooked ingredients.

  7. Season with chili paste, soy sauce, and pepper.

Use Asian noodles or noodles.

Any meat can be used.

Serve on a large plate in the center of the table.
