  • 1 pound chicken breast or thighs but in small pieces
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 green bell pepper cut into strips
  • 1/2 yellow or orange bell pepper cut into strips

for the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

Instructions
