I recently made a sugar-free salted caramel sauce and it worked so well that I wanted to use it in a recipe. I wanted to create something that was super easy to make and had only a few ingredients.

This low carb cheesecake mousse is so fantastic you can't imagine it!

It's ridiculously easy to make, once you have your salted caramel sauce ready, this mousse will join in just a few minutes. Honestly it's one of the most decadent desserts I've ever made!

How to make salted caramel cheesecake mousse

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup salted caramel sauce (plus extra to drizzle on top)

1/4 cup Swerve sweets

Preparation

Whip the heavy cream in a bowl to smooth peaks.

In a separate bowl, add cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer.

Add the salted caramel and continue mixing.

Then mix the whipped cream, and then add the jam sweets.

Mix until well combined.

Chill in the fridge or freezer for about 10 minutes.

I added mine to a star-tipped pastry bag.

Then serve with a drizzle of salted caramel sauce on top.
