  • 115 g unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of yeast flour
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 25 g of white chocolate chips
  • 50g mini marshmallows
  • 25 g flaked almonds


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Beat butter and sugar in bowl until pale and fluffy.

  3. Beat the eggs, one at a time.

  4. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and fold.

  5. Add milk followed by chocolate chips, marshmallow, and nuts.

  6. With a spoon, pour the mixture into paper boxes and bake for 16-18 minutes, until it rises and the top jumps back when lightly pressed. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.


Instead of flaked almonds, try Brazil nuts.
