- 115 g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of yeast flour
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 25 g of white chocolate chips
- 50g mini marshmallows
- 25 g flaked almonds
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Beat butter and sugar in bowl until pale and fluffy.
Beat the eggs, one at a time.
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and fold.
Add milk followed by chocolate chips, marshmallow, and nuts.
With a spoon, pour the mixture into paper boxes and bake for 16-18 minutes, until it rises and the top jumps back when lightly pressed. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Instead of flaked almonds, try Brazil nuts.
