Roasted Red Potatoes: Crispy, tasty, and an excellent accompaniment to any meal. These red potatoes will become a new favorite on your monthly rotation!

I never knew a potato that I didn't like. I am obsessed with all the different types and these baked red potatoes are no exception. They are very tasty and perfectly baked. I also love potato slices, sweet potato fries, frying potatoes, mashed potatoes and just a classic baked potato.

Baked red potatoes

We love roasted red potatoes! They are so crispy, tasty and are an excellent accompaniment to any meal. We especially love serving them with steak, marsala chicken, burgers, or roast beef.

This roasted red potato recipe is a classic that will become a new favorite on your monthly rotation. They are so easy to bake and hardly require cleaning. In addition, they roast very well and are perfectly golden and delicious.

Try looking for small red potatoes if you can find them as they roast more evenly and become super crispy. Sometimes I also like to add grated Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of toasting to dress them up a bit. So tasty!

How do you cut a red potato?

When I make roasted red potatoes, I like to buy mini red potatoes. They fold very well and roast more evenly. To cut the mini red potatoes, simply cut each potato in half, then cut the halves in half. You should end with 4 small slices per mini red potato.
