- 300 grams of rice noodles
- ¼ cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 2 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of fresh ginger (small)
- 1 red pepper
- 6 mushroom
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 4 dates
- 1 handful of cashews

Cut the carrot into sticks, the cabbage, the onion and the julienned pepper, roll the mushrooms and chop the garlic and ginger.
Boil a liter of water in a saucepan and put the rice noodles inside. Let the noodles sit in the water for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Spend the tamarind by a strainer squeezing by hand to obtain the boneless pulp and reserve.
Heat a frying pan with oil and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger.
Add the carrot and bell pepper, stir and cook the vegetables from the rice noodles for several minutes until they start to soften. Add the mushrooms and cook another minute, stirring.
