- 3 cans of tuna in oil
- 2 tablespoons fried tomato or ketchup
- 1 bottle of mayonnaise (homemade or purchased)
- 2 piquillo peppers
- 1 handful of grated cheese to melt / gratin
- ½ tender onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Cook the eggs in a pot with plenty of water for about 10 minutes if they are medium. Also preheat the oven to 200-250 ºC.
Meanwhile, chop the piquillo peppers along with the tender onion and mix everything with the well drained tuna cans.
