  • 100 milliliters of white wine

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

The first thing will be make the seafood sauce. To do this, we start by frying the onion cut into pieces along with the garlic cloves. When the onion is transparent, add the diced tomatoes and stir everything.

It is not necessary to cut the vegetables very fine because we will grind everything later.


We continue with the cooking of the mussel sauce and add the two cayenne along with the white wine. We allow to reduce so that the alcohol evaporates.


Now is the time to add the mussels previously washed. We cover and wait for about 8 minutes until they all open.

Remember that it is very important to discard mussels that do not open during cooking.
