- 1 chive
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 can of roasted red pepper (whole or in strips)
- 3 cans of tuna in olive oil
- 6 tablespoons creamy philadelphia cheese or fresh smoothie
- 1 handful of grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- 3 tablespoons fried tomato
- 1 pinch of minced garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
Steps to follow to make this recipe: 1
Place a deep pot of water and bring it to a boil. When it boils, put the eggs and cook them for about 10 minutes until they are hard.
Meanwhile, peel and chop the chives and roasted peppers as well. Likewise, drain the can of sweet corn and tuna and mix everything in a bowl.
Add the beaten creamy or fresh cheese, the fried tomato and the grated cheddar cheese and mix well the filling of the eggs with tuna without mayonnaise.
Trick: You can buy the fried tomato or make it yourself.
Once the hard-boiled eggs are ready, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Add them mixing with a fork to the filling so that they crumble. Add salt and pepper to taste and add a pinch of ground garlic.
Place all the halves of the cooked eggs on a tray and fill them with the mixture previous.
