Preparation: The sheep stew is made up of sheep meat (meat graná). It is seasoned with salt and white pepper and drizzled with a little white wine and vinegar. Add carrot, garlic cloves, tomato and a leaf of bay leaf and everything is sautéed little by little. Once everything is very well sautéed, add a little water or white broth and cook very slowly so that it thickens the sauce. Once finished, garnish with some peas and some small whole fried potatoes and you are ready to eat it.
